Yes. That’s the main reason I had to do this. I wanted a good compression on the gasket for tight seal. Before this mod I couldn’t get passenger side to latch properly.

    Sweet, sweet Tacoma !!!!!!

    Awesome !!!!

Nothing like getting approval from the house's boss, too. Pit looking on with approval.

My oldest girl was snoozing and hoping I'd get the box containing my steps outa her way......today is the day I get these things bolted on.

Great flick. Was in high school when it was airing in theaters, lol.

I'm old, ornery and give people who park near my truck the "Mr T" stare down.

Man....that scene of her at the pool.....bamsucka !!!!!!!!

    Yup, not bad.

    Close enough, lol.

I ordered from Rocky-Road. They came with bushings.. I would suggest ordering from somebody besides them, however. Check the vendor reviews section for places to avoid, I did a review on them in there as well.

Said goodbye to her. With the exception of the engine and transmission, I loved my 3rd gen. I wanted to get back into the 4 liter engine so I took the plunge. I ordered last week with a July delivery but the dealer called the other day and said they had a guy that ordered a Pro last November and had to back out. Well, his truck arrived yesterday and I was next up so I jumped on the opportunity.

Now Meso needs to buy one so he can make all sorts of cool stuff for the T4R crowd. :)

Did you go with the EL095R or EL096R Leafs? What lift did you actually measure in the rear? What’s your lift setup in the front?

They should fit just fine because nothing about the truck has been changed that I am aware of. The main thing that would be needed would be to add OEM floor anchors (which I’m searching for as we speak). I’m doing this to my 17 as soon as I can get the anchors. I’m tired of that passenger mat moving nonstop and people acting like they are afraid to move it back in place.

I have the Husky liners in my '16. The passenger side stays put perfectly without any anchors, unlike the OEM mats, that are now lying in my shed.

The 2018 is different than the 2017 as there's now a latch for the passenger front mat.

My first mod was somewhat of a shock to me?!? I came home and wanted to program my remotes into the truck? Shocked nothing!
Called the dealer the next day, and was told there was no homelink mirror available for my truck. After some research I called back
and gave them a part #87810-04110 of the mirror I wanted. He said it would not work! And could not return it if he was right. Took
the risk and wouldn't you know works like a charm.

don't you love it when the dealer "knows" their product? but that was something that surprised me too $40k truck that doesn't have homelink? the other is the touch entry on the autos that is only on the drivers side... my parents have a Venza that has the same thing, on both driver and passenger doors... WTF?
