This was the one time I got stuck that I didn't try crawl assist. I've used it other times but not here. All of my tires were just free spinning at that point anyways....stuck reeeaaaally good.

    Very cool.

Reminds me of a golf course I played once....not too far from there, Tobacco Road Golf Club.

Well made video. Looks like a fun time.

Thanks! Stampede Pass is definitely on my radar already. I've been spending more time than I'd like to admit just scrolling around google maps, openstreetmap, and TNM/USGS, while waiting for the next weekend to escape the office. I enjoy the exploration part of things so I will find lots of places on my own eventually, but more suggestions on areas to check are always welcome.

My truck is 2 weeks old and took it on solo snow camping up to Stanislaus National Forest in the lower foothills of the Sierras. A storm rolled through and dumped 14” on my truck. RTT worked great and my trusty shovel made digging out easy. Hit some forest roads as well, handled the snow amazingly.

Did you have a heater in your RTT?

Have seen several on here that camp in their trucks in these snowed-in areas. I gotta ask... How in the hell do you keep warm? What type of heater are you using in a rack-mounted tent??
