    dealing with Toyota....last thing they offered me was a swap to a Nissan Frontier......I dont think so......just ordered the OV Tune......
    What got me was I talked the general manager of the Lee group of dealers up here...huge operation....he also sits on a board at Toyota Corporate....he says they know about this(duh)...how could they not know.......but , he says, they cant do anything about it and frankly they still sell bazillions so they dont care...
    So I dont care either and feel better about it all....cant wait to tune my truck and start adding accessories.....
    Thanks to this forum I am on the right track so...I appreciate it......

    No, I just put my foot down and let the engine rip past 3.5k RPM.
    If you think you bought the wrong truck do me a favor, try Enabling ECT PWR and turning off Traction Control.
    (Hold the button for a couple of seconds on the top ceiling until you get the TRAC OFF light on your dash)

    The thing is so inconsistent too. Like yesterday and this morning it drove okay and I was thinking to myself "not so bad!". Then on the drive home today it's back to being a total dog. So infuriating.
