I didn’t get squat. Which is great.
Down the beach etc they had some isssues.
At my house it’s the wind.
So not as bad as yesterday.
    Roads are dry.
    Ran over a few limbs.
    Think it was all undercarriage.
    Back yard almost clear.
If it wasn’t for this storm I might have brought out the archery targets and started to sight in my modified bow.
    Oh well..

    Morning all.

No sleeping in this weekend. Wife is taking a bus trip to the Philadelphia flower show today and got up at 0500 which means I woke up at 0500. Then tomorrow my daughter is going on a bus trip with the FFA to Mt Snow. They leave at 0600 sharp and it takes 20 min to get to school. So that'll be another 0500 wake up call.

In other news, the wind died down some but it's still a bit 'breezy'...

The local odd lot store has led shop light on sale - 37W, 4000 lumens for 19.99. Might pick up a half dozen for the garage.

Good morning everyone. Check out what I scored here on TW. A complete set of factory Bilstein shocks, struts and coils for my truck. These are take offs from a 2018 off road with 500 mile! Will be a nice upgrade for my SR5. Do not want to lift my truck, just want better control when going over the mountain to our cabin. @sirhc91 Great packing job and thanks again!

Morning Kevin. I kind of feel bad for these struts coming from sunny California to potholed, cinder covered Pa roads!

Wife may or may not make 3 hr drive to help with dog show in Austin. We’ll see how much fun she had last night when she gets up :drunk:

Mil was invited to Japan to judge Shetland sheepdog show in November. I guess she’s famous? :notsure:

Good morning. Woke up and couldn't sleep past 4 seemed senseless to just lay in bed anymore. Looks like I am not the only one. :pccoffee:

Found a box of donuts sitting next to the coffee maker this morning. Oldest son must have brought them home last night. Not doing me any favors, but kind of touched he thought of me.

Speaking of which he dropped a bomb on me last night after work. We talked for more than an hour before I went to bed. Said he had 2 job interviews yesterday. He has been trying to get a job in Boston but said he had a phone interview for a job in Chicago. And for another one in South Portland Maine. He has always wanted to go to Maine but has never even been there. He has second job interviews next week at both places video ones this time. Kind of hoping he gets the one in Maine but damn that is a haul from here. But no guarantees on either one until he gets hired usually a third and final interview to go through if you make it that far.

He also had a head hunter call him yesterday for a job right here where I work. He told them no thanks he was trying to get out of here. At first I was a bit disappointed, but then realized I joined the Navy to get out of town and try someplace different. So think I understand. But still disappointed.

Yeah, I don't know what shocks the SR5s have but I think you'll really like those.

My first wheeling trip in Moab was on stock TRDOR shocks and they did fine. I was following a buddy that was driving a tricked out JK with Kings all around, and I was keeping up with him at 60 down this trail that was nothing but sand!

Should be light soon and I’ll see what else I can stuff in trailer. Finally put my suspension to work.
New drive to work may put bumper to work again. More axis deer on road than whitetail.:curls:

I understand. We’ve only been here about 16years but raised 2 kids here and shot more animals than I have walls to hang them on. We like our place but knew we’d pull the pin and split when the kids were gone. It’d be nice if one of them came back around but realized they have their lives to live.

Saw another whitetail the other morning sporting his rack.
Sort of getting late for that.
