Hello errbody. So as the title states.....I am wanting to upgrade my old stock audio.

TRUCK: 2011 Dbl cab non JBL.
HU: I was looking for DoubleDin, something that didn't make my console look like an alien space ship, bluetooth connectivity, CD/DVD(don't really need DVD), keeps steering wheel controls, GPS, and something that looks good......(if you have any other suggestions for a better, cheaper, nicer HU, please don't hesitate to respond)

    DOOR SPEAKERS: I don't know.
SUB/AMP: I have a BOSS amp and a JBL sub combo that were installed a few years ago.....it's an ok setup.

ABOUT ME: I'm not looking to make my doors and windows rattle. I do like bass but not the crazy rap bass...more like the bass guitar bass, if that makes sense...(I don't know about music).
I am wanting to improve the clarity of the sound.
The reason I am asking for your help and guidance is because I am more mechanically inclinded than electronically. I have researched some but get lost and overwhelmed when they begin talking about amps and all those other numbers/measurements. I habe looked at packages offered by ********* and others but am sure that a much better setup can be put together for alot less.

    Thanks for your consideration. Peace.

I just upgraded my speakers and added an amp on Monday. I went with Kicker 6x9 3-way’s In front lower and 1 inch Memphis tweeters in front upper, went with Memphis 6.5 inch 2-way’s in the back doors backed up with a Kicker 4 channel 300 x4 amp. IMO I think it sounds amazing with good base plenty of volume.
