    But I am working on one that does. Bought a 2nd gen door just so I can design one

    If you have a set of calipers and can measure the O.D of that cap I can tweak the dimensions.

    Emotional roller coaster for me -- my Gasshole came in :bananadance:, it fits the filler door like a glove :thumbsup:, but my Stant 10504 locking gas cap won't fit -- it's too large for the hole :(. The Stant fits my filler opening perfectly, but I notice that the threads come all the way to the end of the "plug," while the stock cap has a straight tube for about 1/4" -- that's the part that my Gasshole fits perfectly. I see the photos in this thread that have the same Stant cap as I do, and I wonder why theirs fit and mine doesn't. And I would like one with the hole just a wee bit looser! I guess I'll get out the files and sandpaper...:sawzall:

    I have the 10504, but the threads on mine don't start right away. There is some flat to my cap. Weird:confused:
