Ok, So I was looking in to replacing the Fan Support Bracket and Fan Clutch while I was in there. That's a big negative. Already just shelled out $300+ on the waterpump/timing belt kit... another 300 buck aint happening tonight! lol

Oh hell no! What beer do you drink?

No way I'd let someone come over to help AND bring beer. The beer is on me!

On second thought... screw it, it's only money. Right?

There goes the fun fund in the budget for this paycheck.

How’s it going guys? Just moved up to amador county and need to switch dealers from southern CA to one of the dealers up here for services and any warranty work. Have you guys had any experience with either Thompson’s in Placerville or Folsom Lake Toyota? They are both about 25 miles from me so it really doesn’t matter to me, just wondering if you guys had anything good or bad to say about either of them? Thanks in advance!

Most of us, in this thread, are from a bit South of the area you're asking about. You might have better luck asking in the Nor Cal spotted and BS thread.

Radiator is definately cracked. = Bad :(
There is no coolant in my oil = Good :D

Got the garage cleaned out (from my other projects). Flushing the system (yes the coolant is leaking all over the place). I don't want to send a bunch of garbage through a brand new waterpump and radiatior though. Got the radiator flush up in into the system. Just going to let it sit in there for a bit to let it loosen everything up.

I'm thinking suspension, tires, and wheels most likely. I haven't really settled on anything specific, but I've been looking at the SCS Ray10's and might try to snag a set of those next time they come around, and probably some kind of tall skinnyish tire like a 255/80/17 or 255/85/16 so I'll probably need to get a CMC. For suspension I'd like to go with a 2.5-3in lift. I've looked at some Icon stuff and some OME stuff. I know next to nothing about all of this stuff, so its been a bit of a learning experience just trying to figure out what will work.

Went up to SNF and snow camped last night. Dumped about 14” on me, but this morning was amazing.

I run Scs SR8 with 255/80/17 and I don’t have a cmc. Might be a good idea when I shove the wheel into the wheel well.
