I am more than a little surprised by this. The Tacoma sold more than twice the Colorado as well. It's only the beginning of the year. Further, the new Full Size GM twins are coming. How often did the Tacoma outsell the Sierra in the past?

Comparing Tacoma sales to Sierra sales means nothing. They aren’t competing trucks in the same market at all.

The prior gen was never really a mover and shaker for Honda either. I'd venture to say it's because of the price and target market

 

I just purchased a 2018 trd sport 4wd and so did 3 other people at the same time. Can't beat a Tacoma .

I just had the latest TSB done to my truck yesterday due to shift flair and I honestly can't see how it works any differently than any other double OD tranny at this point. I'm beginning to think it may be something other than the tranny that is wrong with some peoples truck.

 

Sounds easy. Why didn't I think of that? Oh wait I did and I'd be effed harder on the trade.

I don't need Dr. Phil, I need a fix or an out and I need it yesterday. Maybe everything's rainbows and unicorns and "yeah sure bring back your 2-month old truck and we'll get you in another one no problem" for you but that's not my reality.
