    All, I have several sitting in house but none are anodized.

    If you can 3D print them efficiently that’s not a bad way to go but I feel like the cycle time on printing can’t keep up with my machining cycle time. I’d also be a little concerned about thread strength without using thread inserts / helicoils.

    All that being said, just spent the last 5 days (and am here now) in the labor / delivery room with my premature daughter. I’m trying to get my buddies to take over for me.

    Plan was always to have them machined out of aluminum. Printing is a quick and cheap way to iterate dimensions, etc. I would much rather find out they're a bit wide now than drop a couple grand on a run of 100 and find out then.

    Feel free to copy the list I started on page 9 to help you fill orders.
