Will do... But it may be a few weeks before I can get to the install... I have a garage being built, so I'm working outdoors.

So, I'm going to ask a question, and I would like to not be crucified again like I was in the lighting section. To those of you that have this kit, did anyone by any chance count the number of turns you lowered your lights after the install? Made a post about it and was only told how I'm a terrible person for putting in this kit and....oh screw it nevermind that:anonymous:
So I turned mine one full turn in, which lowers btw, not too bad but I think it may be a little too low.

For those of you that have the XD extreme kit how did you go about neatly hiding all of those wires... I cant seem to figure out a way to hide the excessive amount of wires that are provided. Thanks

Wire looms and lots of tape, I cut, added, soldered, shrink wrapped, and may hours later you don't even know it's there. I'll get you some pics, I have to get em off my phone. Took pics of the whole process.

I have not adjusted my beam at all. Kept it the same as the halo setting from factory and have yet to be flashed

I did not hack into the kit, i got each long wire bundled up individually into 4-5” long bundles and the. Zip tied all of the bundles together on each side. Its not factory clean but im mega OCD and happy. I may remount the ballasts in a different orientation but im in no rush to do so.

I plan on cutting mine to length, and then splicing them together.

Has anybody noticed a yellow spot in their XD hids? Installed mine yesterday and there’s a very noticeable yellow spot in each light?

Is this all the way warmer up? Is the whole beam pattern yellow? Or just a spot?

It’s warmed up, the light isn’t yellow itself just up top towards the cutoff is where you can see. It’s not very noticeable only when i point them at a wall
