Supercharger install is under way. 1 day down, should be all done tomorrow. Too busy to take multiple pics but here are the one I got today:

Took 2 hours to get the dang UCON installed. There is NO room around that ECU to maneuver hands and not worry about pulling wires and messing stuff up.

Everything reinstalled and connected. Youll see one bolt missing near the bottom left corner of the photo. I was able to get the top and bottom bolts in no problem. Im not sure if the two USB cables are preventing the whole "mount" of the ECU/UCON to slide back enough for that to be flush. Any of you have issues with that one bolt? I kept it, but the whole get up is secure without it. We'll see (ill take any input you guys have)

Manifold off. About to pull the fuel injectors and spark plugs

changing the exhaust cam gears that go with the UCON.

To do: thermostat, install the S/C, intercooler, and run the hoses (as well as hook up the AFR/Boost gauges)
Thanks for your guys' help throughout this.

Some of those bolts were annoying but I was able to move things around and get them all back in, while the wires are plugged in

Did you guys gap your plugs to .032? Doesn’t look like you can really gap them since the center point looks so brittle

If I recall correctly, I didn’t make any changes to the plugs. I pulled them out of the box and installed them.

Did anyone have to shave any material from the URD 1/2” piece of metal that houses the new thermostat? My holes aren’t lining up and I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong. Would love to talk to someone on the phone for the quick question.

    EDIT: Disregard

Didn’t finish. All I’ll say is one of my spark plugs from magnuson was used and the threads were ALL messed up. Then I broke a coolant housing bolt once I put all the spacers in. Got both fixed today and the S/C And pulleys are all on. Gotta mount the intercooler tomorrow and run the lines, and install radiator and fan then done. May or may not get to installing the gauges, we’ll see

If the damn thing even starts with the ucon, exhaust gears, thermostat, this and that, blah blah haha.

Yea I’m pumped...but a little anxious. I just see myself either turning the key and it doesn’t start OR my ultra gauge is just going just throw up code after code.
    I know, I’m pretty negative

Just get the correct tune from scott, while your truck warms up, do yourself a favor and turn traction control completely off.

    Proceed to burn em

Haha, I’ll have to remember the trac advice.

Is there a direct way to reach scott, through email or anything? And am I for sure going to need tweakin? I thought the ucon came pre loaded with the correct stuff (I havnt upgraded the pulley or anything).
