    We did most of all this stuff with the exception of shaving the wheels. Shaving of the wheels is illegal. I filled, sanded and polished the axles and wheels. Then placing the weight correctly and trying to align the wheels so it rides only on 3 tires, turns slightly to ride the rail. Jacob helped as much as he could but I don't left him run power tools or spray paint. Its a lot of work but a ton of fun and a great way to help do a cool project with my son

    Okay, looking at the Pelfrey website, you want front, mid and rear skids. Gas tank is optional. You'll need the TRD tank straps for the gas tank skid.

    Actually those were the 265/70/16's I'll be using for daily driving... Haha

    There's a company out there that makes a gas tank skid that uses its own straps so you don't have to swap in new ones. If only I could remember the name...

    I have the sos full ifs/mid/rear skids and a cheapo 4xinnovations gas tank skid. I had lca skids but I took them off.
