Changed my oil, added K&N knock off filter and changed spark plugs. Started noticing a small amount of smoke or vapor coming from tailpipe. After a couple minutes of idling water drips from tailpipe. Could doing any of the above things cause this? Didn’t ever notice before doing this maintenance.

Congratulations on saving money and doing your own maintenance and having a healthy truck. The vapor and water drops means your catalytic converters are working properly. Im just happy you didnt drain the transmission fluid like some people have done. From the sounds of it, your good too go my dude..

This^^^^^^. A byproduct of the reaction in the catalytic converter is H2O. Also you are introducing hot exhaust into a cold exhaust pipe so condensation can occur. This is totally normal don't fret!

Thanks for the feedback guys. I had a head gasket issue on my old POS Ford Explorer. This stuff makes me nervous. Truck runs like new.
