    Morning all,
Still breezy And over cast here so no sun rise ;( .
@Tacoma Mike try using cheddar gold fish crushed up or garlic butter Ritz crackers for the breading or even cheesits . Adds a bit of flavor .
The only thing I am working on at the moment is :pccoffee:

Will be in the shop in a bit though so no telling what will happen then lol ;)

So I guess the answer to having music is just learn to play the harmonica. Apple no longer supports my iPod and apple music is all but obsolete in itself since all the free music apps are going balls to the wall. But that still doesn't get me music (other than the 2 local stations) other than Sirius XM. Old tech is dead and new tech doesn't get out far enough and I go just far enough out to not get new tech. I haven't totally disgarded the idea of satellite radio, but there has to be something in between.

    This^^^

Once the iPod was gone, I transferred the music onto the phone.

Paying for radio was a tough decision but driving in the desert or 900 miles up to Oregon and listening to one station was great. Now that I don't drive the truck as much, I'm not so sure. 500 R&R songs on my phone, lasts a long time.

Oh and good morning all. Slept in this morning, except for when the cat alarm went off.

I pay for Sirius but I have the same small portable unit I've had for 12 years.
I switch it between vehicles and have a boom box at home for it.
It's worth it for me as I don't have a modern phone and commercial radio, forget it, can't listen to that shit anymore.
I like Skynard, but I've heard "Gimme 3 steps" several thousand times too many on the "classic" rock stations with their limited playlists.

I'm still stuck between tech era's. My dumptruck is old school with no aux or Bluetooth, the loader has nothing. My (work) pickup is current but not loaded. The excavator has a bunch but I haven't slowee down enough to figure it all out. My Tacoma is a 98 and very much unmolested. So I'm in a wide range of tech. If the 2 local stations would play what's in their name (rock or country) it wouldn't be a problem. But they are close to being the same with all that bumpin' half rap crap that they've both lost their identity. The AM station wouldn't be too bad if they'd knock off the 15 mins per half hour of beet supplement and fire extinguisher commercials.

Deep tracks plays all the non hit FM songs. I can't listen to some groups anymore, too much airtime.
If it still works then you are good, it's when you go to replace it or fix it that you are sol.

I have a Classic. Wife used it for a while and now neither of us can get into it to load. Sterio in my truck has an iPod cable that is now worthless.
