    Your best bet is to make friends with your local parts guy. Shipping the hood will get ugly real fast. More trouble than its worth. When you deal directly with the parts guy and leave out the possibility of shipping damage. The likely hood of having a headache becomes the parts guys and not you. Most shops will honor the pricing providing they can see it. They still make money just not as much!
