If that "Trailtech" 6" lift is really a "Trailmaster" (Traildisater) I'd forget about and move on. I may be wrong, but never heard of Trailtech. Search my posts, I recently removed the TM kit. I had a TM kit. Its a huge POS. Im now back to stock w/King CO's. Plus, if its a salvage title, truck was really F'd-up. You do not want a drop bracket lift on a totaled truck.

The 6" TM lifts had problems. Not very durable. Hard on front shock assemblies IIRC.

in jersey you can even register a salvage truck with out the proper state inspection to clear the title.its a pain in the ass.you must provide all reciepts for all the parts to repair truck,so if you didnt do the work and have no documentation, youyr fucked.the dmv makes it really hard to clear it.i would walk away.it has high miles(over 100k).i know its a toyota but still the miles are up there.truck isnt mint either.

sounds like a basket case to me - but if u have the money to spend and consider it a toy/project and not a daily driver....
dont expect the alignment to fix anything either

    Good idea...although I don't think I will use it.

Def don't get this truck. Salvage title = not qualified for buyback. Also, TM lifts are crap as was mentioned. There seems to be too many "iffy" things on this truck. Keep lookin.

I am in no way a master mechanic but with the Salvage title, I would walk away from this one.
