You need about 81.7" (81.6814") of tubing.... roll it around a piece of 26" dia plywood.... want it really nice? Fix the round piece of plywood to a bigger piece of plywood and then wedge one end of the pipe/tube in between the round wood and a nail to hold the starting end in place... then use torch to soften as you roll it

 

I used to crack on gold accents until i got my dizzer with gold wheel... now I have a bit of a soft spot for gold...
Now, on this car, I can live without those wheels... but the grill kinda looks good to me

I’m gonna suggest the girls do the plywood circle die on top of a plywood sheet, fix the end, heat and roll the pipe around the template.

 

I have been an Electrical Designer for almost 10 years and I have never come across any schedule or panel that well organized. He must of loved electrical work.

 

Damn really?? That’s wild cuz it seems over the top but didn’t know it was above anything professionaly seen.. It’s been both good and bad since ours. We never look for an outlet anywhere but my wife absolutely hates all the high hats lol

 

Nothing is worse for me then going into an existing building and not having any documentation of the electrical system like filled out panel schedules or the panel schedule gets changed more around and nobody knows what is connected to what.

 

I appreciate it. Ran it by the wife, she said no we have candles. It’s not like the generator is a personal purchase.. it’s for the house and family

I just don’t think it helped I approached her bout a 60gal compressor I found on CL the other day. She’s also 8months preggo and hates everything I say lately

 

My kids are 13 & 10 and my wife still hates everything I say...

 

21 and 18 the hate is still strong with this one.Buy more trucks that usually turns them around........or not.

 

I would try to get soft copper if I could. It comes in a roll, not sure if HD carries it that big though.
Plumbing supply maybe.

If you do heat it make sure you get it hot enough or it can kink. Maybe do a test piece,and rembember it will still bend after it cools.

I would probably heat the entire peice and cool it first. Leave it at least a foot long or so,so that you have some leverage at the end.

If you were closer I could give you a peice of soft.

 

This is one of the first panels I did on my own. I'm surprised I haven't taken pictures of the latest ones I've done in my flips. I have pics of everything else in the flips, BUT the electric. I have since changed the way i do some things in them and made it cleaner. The second pic is the new pex water lines I did in one of the flips. I am not a plumber! I'm sure any licensed plumber could do it cleaner.

I've never seen a panel schedule like that though. Very thorough.

Where I live, pex wasn't used at all when I had anything to do with construction (or plumbing). I have no idea if they use it now.
Nevertheless, it looks very pleasing to my OCD, lol.
