    Yeah man, I’m doing the same thing. Ribs are reheating, burnt ends are cooking, brisket slices are ready to go in, and the onion rings are done.

    The chicken turned out tasty according to the boy and wife, but it wasn’t picture worthy. That was my first time for chicken, and I have a lot to learn.

    Dinner last night and lunch today, Country Style Pork Rib. Ribs where awesome, did two applications of PF on them one before they started and another about 2 hours into the 4 hour smoke. Gave it that candy like glaze.

    Unfortunately no pictures but I tossed some quartered red potatoes with a bit of olive oil and spicy pitfaced rub and then threw them in the oven for 30 minutes and they were amazing!

    Oof... Good question. Hoping to get with my partner soon and make sure we can pull off a few larger batches successfully and consistently. Then we'll know that we have something worth scaling up. I'm cooking for a party tomorrow and will be using it on brisket for a free test market.

    Salt & pepper based, with a few bits to add some extra layers to the flavor. :).

    Once reasonably nailed down, first shipped samples will go to TW, for sure :D.

    Well I havent been doing much bbq since the temps have been cold here, but spring is around the corner so I had to get a refill(order submitted) for spring! I am out of the regular PF rub now, since I used the last of it on a pork shoulder and some goat ribs ;) I prob will be the only one eating the ribs but the pork shoulder the rest of the family shouldnt have a problem eating!
