Looks much better! I must ask though.. did someone forget to tape off their sliders? if so.. never a more opportune time to paint them orange to go with the truck! ;) Great looking build btw!

Yea I did not put paper on the tape that was on the bottom, so the sliders took some over spray lol. Its ok they were pretty dirty so it did not stay very long. I thought about orange for the sliders when getting them powder coated. Decided it would be to much orange. Now that its done, I duno. Need to photoshop it see what it really looks like. When I get them done again in a few years after I bash em, there is always a chance :D

Suspension install went flawless, also had stainless steel braided brake line extensions installed. Looked at the ODO for a reading on when this was all done... Exactly 30K KM on trucky.

I could not leave the All Pro skid with that 2 inch drop on it there. Exhaust reroute, and skid fix done.

    Right around christmas?
I had problems driving across the prairies on xmas day, thought my cats had clogged. Got 60km on a 1/4 tank and knew I had problems. Towing my 6x12 cargo trailer, and I know the taco guzzles gas when towing, but it was worse than pulling my 18' beast of a TT. It'd be doing fine then just bog down and lose all power.. Turned out the gas was gelling up... First time I'd ever used gas line antifreeze, but it solved my problems for that trip.. Spark plugs were also way past due, which wasn't helping me..

That feeling when engine temperature drops significantly while sitting at a light.:canada:
I love winter, but it gets old.. Bring on the spring..

Yea it was right around then, I agree about it getting old. In the winter here you cant go anywhere to off road because all the trails are snowmachine trails. So it sucks.

yup, ive been stuck in northern alberta for a while now, there's nowhere to go, oil leases own everything up here, and the only trails are packed, and basically paved by traffic..
I just bought 80 acres outside kenora that's going to be full time fun once I win the battle for access with the MNR, but that might be a lonng battle.. few kms through crown, with one water crossing and you'd think i was asking permission to build the hoover dam..

Yea the MNR non sense can take forever to complete the smallest task. I wish you the best of luck with speedy access.

Hey if you are looking for more canadian rigs and guys to chat with, we have a very active thread for Ontario, we just shoot the shit in it all day everyday. The OP has a sweet ass rig in the works.

Started getting the rig ready for summer fun this weekend. :cookiemonster:

I have now removed the front fender flares and am going to leave the rears on see how it goes. I like the look.

Removed the front tiny PITA bumper flares, these things do not want to leave the truck. The blue tabs that hold them on are fun to say the least.

Re-installed the ARB Twin, then had the wife help me with chalk testing the new Coopers. I got them back from the shop mounted and balanced at 37 PSI in them all. We found doing the chalk test that the rear's needed to be down to 32 PSI, and the fronts where perfect at 37 PSI. I will run the test again when the weather warms up more. The back end is way less jumpy now with just that 5 PSI difference.

Removed a section of exhaust to hopefully allow me to fit a full size spare into the space under the truck. It is an ugly cut, when its warmer I can get under there with my dremel and make it nice and flush.
