    We've got a big audit coming up for a lot... A whole lot of hand over hand verification and updating panel schedules. Now if only people would maintain updates after. Wouldn't that be swell :bananadead:

    Sounds like an electrical contractor I know ..... had the same problem on my Facebook project and they were all new panels. Person who landed power in the panel didn't tell the foreman he made changes so when a different guy came in to put labels he just followed the panel schedule :smack:

    I have not had them on my jobs personally but I've heard stories from a few of our other Superintendent's.

    FSG was ours on FB at the Domain. Overall they did ok but panel scheduling is a big pet-peeve of mine especially when it comes to warranty related stuff.

    It was one of many problems for us. They had to rip out 1800 sq. feet of wood floor and replace it, due to the fact the finish started coming off almost immediately.
