Bumpers, camping gear, winch, sliders, better mats... I can do this all day lol I'm actually pretty darn pleased with how my truck is doing right now. If i can get the wheels/tires balanced properly that would be neat too. Thinking some weights came off or something.

Priority one for right now is getting my damn third brake light going.

@rjbiii I got the dome light working just fine and then tapped in the third brake light only to find out it got water in it and wouldnt work lol I could only find one brand that fit leer shells and they're cheapo china made ones. :annoyed:

I'll take a photo of the wiring I did. Did it a little different from what you suggested because if i tapped into the green wire with red stripe, I would have to have my foot on the brake to be able to turn on the dome light. That would take some skill to be able to do both at the same time. lol

Thanks man. Hoping to get them balanced right before the long haul to colorado next week. That would be a shaky ride up there lol

You sure it's not a drive line vibration?

Half the roads up there are littered with holes may need to get rebalanced again.

No sir, not positive. Did a little more driving this weekend and its not an alignment issue. It just gets a little shaky over 80mph. Passenger seat gets a little wobble to it. under 80mph it rides smooth and no real complaints there. I spent like 2 hours reading some threads on steering wheel shake in tacomas and it scared the crap out of me, what some of those guys went through to get it fixed and they were on stock wheels/tires.

Praying its just a balancing thing. 10" wheels with 275s is about as wide as you'd wanna go. So maybe the tires being a little stretched makes it harder to balance right? Also read up on road force balancing. :notsure:

Yeah, the internet is a scary place!!!

My guess is your tires are balanced just fine.

And its a drive line vibe...Whats your rear suspension setup?

Glad you got most of it worked out!

I also had to get a replacement 3rd brake light for mine when i first got the shell bc it was full of water. I didnt seal up the replacement with silicone and now its got water in it too:bananadead:

    Its still working somehow though:anonymous:
