That's what I was afraid of. I will be doing this as well. Thanks for the extra push I needed to purchase. Where are you getting yours and how much?

Wheelers have polyurethane crack/crush resistant for $7.50 a pc, or black anodized aluminum + $14.50 which would be $22.00 a pc. They also list a pair of raw aluminum for $46.00 a pair. No need for longer strut bolts. I'm going to go with poly I think. 3/8" lift they state.

Any spacers in the front? Or just the TRD coilover?

I believe RobDaMan said the 1/4" spacer is suppose to provide a 1/2" lift? The 3/8" spacer on wheelers "Provides approx 1/2" – 5/8" lift", so I'm curious now, but like everything it depends per application. I don't know if you could get a 3/8" spacer to fit (safely) for our application. I'd have to look. I didn't know they made poly ones until you mentioned it, I'd almost want to go with the aluminum though just because I know it won't wear out. I'm sure the poly wouldn't either, but it makes me wonder if it would slowly compress over the years.

For information, Rogue selling some for the below price | 1/4" aluminum. didn't look like S&H / Tax applied, for me anyways.

Wheelers site say's they are not suppose to compress. Also they list the 1/4" as 3/8" lift with it. But that's approximate as they list it.
The only reason I was thinking of using poly, is no metal to metal contact, between strut top and strut mount. The two different metals may cause some corrosion.

While galvanic corrosion may be a concern in some instances I don’t know if this would be a big one or not. The top hat of pretty much every aftermarket coilover (King/Fox etc.) is aluminum and sitting in the shock bucket - I don’t think that is any different??

Yeah, I don't know either. Great point. I live in the wonderful upper Midwest road salt heaven . Snowing like a son-a-bitch right now... I coated new suspension in Shark hide as an extra protection. After seeing my buddies Fox/BDS remote coilovers all rusty after one winter here. But that's all right it's on a GMC.

Update: sadly as mentioned before I lost my pre-lift measurements

what has been done so far; trd pro suspension kit installed by me = front springs/shocks + rear shocks | no aal, no spacer, stock leaf pack.

additional item between pre / post lift pictures. new tires,
previously mastercraft axt's (265/75r16) a litter over half way spent.
    now Falken WildPeaks (265/75r16)

Current measurements: (a little above half a tank of fuel, no other "heavy gear".
    upload_2018-3-5_21-18-46.jpg

    Before: dirty
    upload_2018-3-5_21-14-27.jpg
After: still dirty, but at least lift and new tires :) there's a little red showing in the front :)
    upload_2018-3-5_21-14-56.jpg

near future: I am about to order the 1/4" spacer for the front.
for the rear, I'm still deciding between a 3-piece aal or General Springs; although I believe I'm leaning towards the general's at the moment. thought's comments?

no alignment done yet, I will wait until after I tear down the front again to install the spacers.
currently over 100 miles on the lift, and about 35 or so on the tires.

Very happy with the ride quality of the lift, although I do feel like the rear leaf pack is the weak point now, but the rear shocks did make a difference, but the front made a much bigger difference compared to the stock TRD OR suspension..

    miles on truck: 52k

Man, that’s a great looking truck. What rear bumper is that? It’s exactly what I’m looking for on mine.

What size tires is everyone going to run with this lift? I have the pro kit installed and the wheelers 1.5 AAL and currently have brand new 265/60r17 k02s on stock wheels. I want to jump to some new wheels that will stick out a bit more and while I am still trying to understand how backspacing and offset work, I will likely stick with a 17in wheel and keep my tires since they have less than 3k miles on them or jump down to a 16” wheel and go with larger tires. What have y’all been able to fit?
