thinking about doing 1.25 inch in the rear

i want to run these but i have a 5lug (spidertrax)

 

I didn't see any discussion about it anywhere in a quick search so figured here would be as good of place as any to ask, is anyone going to the Mint 400 this weekend? Wanted to get some info from people that have gone a few times, Are dogs allowed in the spectator areas? If not is there anywhere public besides the defined spectator areas you can watch from? Want to check it out but can't leave the dog behind.
