    If wheeling, sliders right away. Pretty hard to argue with akTacoBlanco though... Then I would look at lift, tires would be last because who wants to buy twice.

    I would plan out what you want. Likely everything mentioned here. Then start hitting the classifieds here and on t4r hard. Also check Craigslist, and start assembling parts. You can get killer deals if you got the patience.
