Trim where it's rubbing. See if an alignment shop can get you some more caster.

I need to get my front bumper sand blasted.. is there any feasible way to get powder coat off with a sander or grinder? It’s a shitty powder coat job (hence th reason it’s already flaking and rusting 2 years later.)

Let it rub, it’ll clearance itself over time
