    a week out guys; I'm gonna move a shoulder out of the freezer and into the fridge this weekend and cook it Friday while I'm at work and then have it pulled apart and gravied up and warm again for Saturday. Not sure of the targets we have lined up yet, but hope fully ill atleast be able to slap some board together to hand some targets on so we don't shoot another hay ring up haha
