Did some work on the truck, and around the house today.

I finally got around to extending the rear diff breather, here's the parts I used.

Here's the hose connected to the new union.

I decided to mount the new breather in the storage compartment in the bed.

Afterwards I touched up the sliders with some bed liner.

Wife decided it was a good day to replace some of the ugly thorny bushes with new ones, and I'm not one to pass up an opportunity to use the winch.

I'm not sure what was accomplished by this other than making my wife happy. We planted 2 Golden Euonymus, and 2 Gardenias in their place, didn't get a final photo because it was getting dark, but maybe I'll post one later because I'm sure you're all big fans of shrubbery.

Edit: Here it is with the new bushes planted.

I've filled that bed compartment up with water numerous times. But that was with a stock diff breather so it didn't matter anyway. Haha

Well I'm not adventurous as you are, so hopefully I won't flood that compartment anytime soon. I guess if I start really getting into water crossings it's not hard to get some more hose and move it up by the taillight or something.

I think my water submarine adventures are over. Well, all the previous ones were random so maybe not.

Went to LBL this last weekend, and had a blast. It was the first time out since I put the lift on, and I was shocked (no pun intended) at how much nicer it was. I knew there would be an improvement but this went beyond what I was hoping for.
Favorite thing about offroading with the new setup is probably the bumpstops. The difference this makes when bombing a hole, or dropping into something was huge, but I really loved all of the new suspension.

Our camp site and view of Neville bay. This was also our first time using the EZ-Up cube tent, it’s simple to get setup, and did great through the storms and everything.
