Lol, everything is expensive there!! I go to great lengths to ensure my truck won’t rust. So far so good. I’m able to wash it all the time at work and using the fluid film on the underside is huge

Yes the whole thing minus the exhaust and calipers and rear drums. The spray bottles also come with straws so you can aim the spray. I use that to get into the holes in the frame

Wow, I have just over 100k on mine and have no issues or leaks on my shocks. They had a hard life for the first few years hauling rock and sod in the bed. The only thing I have done is install a Wheelers AAL.

Okay, maybe there's another way to approach this. Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket rear shock that will fit a factory Baja/Pro? Well, I do have a 1.5 helper leaf installed, but otherwise the rear suspension is stock. Something that would work with the existing reservoir mount and have same approximate length and stroke, but be made out of aluminum or be otherwise corrosion resistant? The Pro shocks are $330/each, while the Baja shocks are about $100 less each. $100 for a rubber hose cover and a weak zinc plating isn't going to work for me. So it's aftermarket, or rust-prone Baja at this point.

Full Pro suspension right now is about $600 for the front coilovers and both rear shocks. Toyota is blowing them out. Maybe you could go halvsies with someone that needs fronts.

Why not use an off the shelf 5160? Cheaper than the Baja variant, with the zinc plating of the Pro setup...

$159/ea +tax (free shipping) on Amazon...so $320ish there. I know HS has free shipping CONUS, but don't know about their sales tax. So it's pretty much a wash, cost-wise, if HS don't charge tax but Amazon does.

I would rather support TW vendors, though cash is king. YMMV.
