I swear some of the 3rd gens are so embarrassing.

 

They’re like the entitled generation of TW.

 

So much temporarily out of stock on the PSA website right now. Errbody buying up AR15 stuff, I guess.

 

They are a few places in Charleston where you can complete AR-15's or parts direct. One place is in Summerville and
another in North Charleston off of I-26 & Remount Road.

 

The lower part that has the serial number where you put the magazine and trigger in. Beyond that I'm not 100% sure. I need to lay out all the parts I got today and figure out what else I need.

That should be all you need. You should have a built upper (upper receiver, barrel and handguard). You have a lower parts kit (fire control, trigger, safety, mag release, etc) that will complete the stripped lower that you need. Upper attaches to lower with 2 push pins.
