And I spotted two identical current gen 4runners parked next to each other at Raytown Walmart.

I also did a mod today!

Got a call from Jackson County Parks and Rec this morning, they said all I had to do was fill out some paper work for a permit. Then said they'd email the paperwork to me. However, I never got the paperwork, even though I spelt out my email twice to the lady and had her read it back to me... So I left another message with them before I left for work. Guess we will see.

Okay guys, I heard back from Jackson County Parks and Rec. There's a fee to use the shelters for a special event, and they require Liability Insurance with a coverage of at least 2 million. Anyone have any other suggestions? Think Jay Wolfe would sponsor us? @MOJoe80

I got my rear bumper all designed for the most part. 3/16 plate steel is $191 for the area that I'd need to cut out all the pieces neccessary. Bummer. Guess that hits the back burner.
Still need to pull apart the tailgate and take measurements. Anyone know what Torx bits are required?

 

According to the Jackson county parks website, reservation season for shelters doesn't begin until May 1st.
So, with that in mind, a few of us probably need to just go early and get one.

 

I wouldn't have a problem with some pre-meet shenanigans. Gonna pack in some lawn chairs and a cooler. If we get a few in, we can set up camps between rigs while we wait for people to show. Then no one can park there lol

 

I’m working weekends this month I’d definitely been down for something in April or May though
