That’ll be a few torpedos, containers falling off ships is a fairly common occurrence. You would think they would strap them down or something.

The look.... I know it well :D
We went to the Valley once a week for groceries. Got everything then and if you ran out too bad. Of course could get milk out of the bulk tank anytime. And a lot of the bread I ate was baked at home. Chickens and eggs were always hit or miss.

My first computer class was in 1976 APL - A Programming Language. I didn't know how to type only females got to take typing classes back then in HS. I was a one finger hunter and pecker for a long time and finally made it up to 2 fingers. In the late 80's got a program for the computer called Mario teaches typing. Kind of a game but teaches keyboarding in a fun way. Think it is still around it is a classic. I can bang out the keyboard pretty good now. There are a lot of others out there now too some for free. They are worth it and you set your own pace. Do a google search for "typing tutor" If I can do it anyone can.

Got some new cooking toys tonight they are on the grill now seasoning. Have some aluminum ones in the storage shed used for the last 25 years or so but not near as good as the old cast iron ones I grew up with. Wondered what happened to those old types and ended up going down a rabbit hole the other night. They are still being made. Figure 4 seasoning sessions and they should be good to go.

Cast iron pie maker. Hobo pie maker. Mountain pie maker. What ever you want to call them (Jaffle in Australia) you can turn out some pretty tasty stuff with them. Already bought blueberries and a loaf of white bread. For my sons of course not for me...

Cool. I get the vis and weight part, but doesn’t significantly decrease the volume of snow you can move at one time? Just curious ... that would be a factor on a blade like that up here.

I shouldn’t have, but I took the bait any way.

    :)

    indeed

    :sorry:

Remind him to take his time to let it mend well. Not an area of the body to cut corners ... IMGOBO

    They cared about us. :cookiemonster:

    nope ... gotta stop myself.

    not gonna say it ...

Bad day for acid containment ...

One of the few things my Dad did right by me ... forced me to take a typing class in high school. When he wasn’t coming home drunk trying to beat everyone up, he was a computer systems analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank ... guess he saw the future with computers back then.

You gotta link for those pie makers ... those would be pretty cool for around the campfire down at Whisky Gulch.

More snow in forecast, an inch here an inch there until we leave for Phoenix ... 4 days and a wake up. :)
