Does anyone in sd have experince with installing a safari snorkel on a second gen tacoma? It just showed up on my doorstep and i don't have the necessary tools or emotional strength to cut a hole into my truck. Thanks

@Speed Freek has his own shop in Vista. He could do this for you and it would be a quality install!

We went last year and hadn't really thought about going back this year. We went with Chris, @ducati and as far as I know he's not planning on going back.

All good.Yeah i remember you went last yr.I didn’t make it last yr as planned but had gone the 4 out of the last 6 yr’s.Was just in Flagstaff recently before heading to Scottsdale for the funeral i had to attend while you and Chris were at the KOH.I’m considering going again this yr plus having a lot of friends in Flagstaff makes the trip that much more worth it.

    Those things are not fun...

I was gonna say cavitation, but with fresh fluid and the proper amount it should have been fine, its possibly on its way out! Shouldnt be too hard to change although I forget off hand exactly where its located in that model!
And crap I still gotta get that sound mat from you, just remembered it again, haha!

    Nice job Bob!

Thanks Dirk! Really appreciate the good word brother!

I havent been there in quite a while but they made custom springs for my 67 Camaro, was happy with the service then!

Call up Deaver, too. They came in at 1/3 of the price that North County wanted to re-arch and add a spring to my pack!

Thanks for the feedback guys . I’ll check with Deaver, already got a quote from Alcan, just figured I would give NCS a shot if anyone had a good experience with them specific to building tacoma packs.

It happens. People screw up the plans. I think my brother hit a gas line few years back. Wasn't even on the plans and even called.
