    Would it be possible to push a class action lawsuit against the state for piss poor road conditions?


    Surely I'm not the only person to prematurely replace suspension parts, and have to get realigned every oil change in this state due to the shit roads.

    Yeah, but it is kinda documented that they havent been. Actually.


    And, we the tax payers, haven't been slacking on paying the taxes...

    Considering they get tax money from the gas sold (actual road users) and citizens alike (that may not use the roads) I'd say its just negligence.

    Also, they just raised gas tax about 2 years ago FOR road repairs...lol.
