    I do pizza dough by hand, even though I have the top model Kitchen Aid. Something about monitoring the feel, knowing when it’s done, kinda zen-like.

    thats how I do my tortillas...I still use a timer but still know its correct texture by the feel of the dough.

    main thing is the dough should be tacky but not sticky, and properly rested before rolling out the dough. All purpose flour is best, bread flour works but not the exact right consistency I like. Still tastes good just a little more like a flat bread instead of a tortilla.

    For anyone that has Netflix, watch the first episode of Ugly Delicious. It's sorta a food documentary, and the first episode is all about pizza. It made me want pizza so damn bad, so I ordered some domino's

    Well im tryin somethin. Little SR flour garlic powder and italian seasoning, splash of milk and a spoon of mayo. I saw a no yeast recipe with SR flour and plain greek yogart, but i dont have any yogart so im improvising

    Its very cheesy bread if that makes sense. Not quite pizza dough but its pretty good.
