    No slight on you...
I was correcting myself for suggesting OE torque specs for aftermarket u-bolts; your post reminded me.:thumbsup:

Everything is torqued down as it should be, yesterday I installed the Relentless flip kit and torqued the U-bolts to 115ft/lb... still clunks. I noticed there is the slightest variation of the front military wrap area on the driver side leaf pack (the side that pops and clunks). Not sure if it makes a difference or not. Stand by, ill post photos.

On a different note, I have not been able to get a hold of anyone at All-Pro for over 2 weeks now. Multiple emails, multiple phone calls and no response whatsoever. Im getting very frustrated.

They have had issues with communication because they moved to a new place. They were removed as vendor apparently.

Im at a loss at what to do at this point, Ive tried calling and emailing multiple times over the last few weeks with no response.
My truck has yet to see dirt or any offroading and they are already having these issues. Just doesnt seem normal to me.

Poor customer service is the worst! Perhaps go offroading a bit... flex and torque the leafs a bit and see if that helps. Truck yoga. Worked for my Dakars.

Is that what you run? How much lift do you get?

Yup. Lift depends on the size of the shackle. Check out my build page. 63 swap and shock location requires cutting out all the stock spring hangers and welding in new mounts.

I did get photos, I forgot to post them up. The All-Pro leaf pack came with bushings, although i did consider swapping them out for Energy bushings but i dont think that is the issue.

I think part of the issue lies in there being many thin leafs as opposed to other companies that have fewer and thinner leafs.

If it's popping and clunking, you need to pull the pack and inspect for a broken leaf

The first 3 photos are of the driver side pack looking from the front mount towards the rear.
The last 3 photos are of the passenger side, same view.

Umm, those Ubolts go any tighter? Might want to get longer UBolts.

You need at least 1" of bolt extending through the nut. That is a disaster waiting to happen.

They are torqued to 115lb/ft and blue loctited. I specifically asked Relentless (flip kit) if these would be ok and they said yes. I was also concerned but they are fully threaded.

Im most likely gonna ditch these All-Pros anyway and grab some Dakars.

Just do the 63 swap. It's a much better ride and better load bearing capability.

@Timbo's Customs near Lakeland happens to be the man when it comes to the 63 swap. He did mine and the ride quality over the Dakars I had is night and day.

I’m pretty sure everyone’s having trouble contacting all pro because they are moving to a new location and they just merged with trail gear. Not by any means a good excuse for a lack of customer service but a possible option

He did my CMC, but im not looking to mod and cut everything for suspension. Seems excessive especially on a truck with 24k miles haha.

Mine had 18k on it when we did the 63 swap on mine. Dakars squeak and don't hold weight very well.
