soo i painted my speakers on my truck [pic]

here it is. got any tips to clean the door fabric?

 

Looks good! I did the same thing two weeks ago with my interior...

I'd suggest some simple green for trying to clean up the cloth...

 

Nice! For cleaning the fabric, I use Windex.

 

thanks man urs looks good as well. i just had the idea of maybe changing the cloth to something black?

What type of paint did you use to paint the speakers. looks great.

ok so what do you think about me sraying the door latch the same color???

 

Try Woolite laundry detergent and water mixed in a spray bottle.
Spray on and work in with a small brush/toothbrush.
Wipe with microfiber cloth.
Then use spray bottle with just water.
Spray water and wipe with microfiber a couple times to rinse out soap and dirt.
You should def see improvement.

Paint door latch? I would not.

I've been wanting to do that for MONTHS!!! Did ya have to pull the door panel out to paint? LOOKS GREAT!!! I painted my tweeter covers a while back.

 

yeah i took the door panel off. i didnt take anything off, just cover with masking tape. i had some over spray but nothing a little laquor [spelling error] wont fix. do it1 lets see how lit looks. i used a high performance rustoleum

 

what type of fabric did you use for the door panel? And how did you install?

I have a Rustoleum paint for plastics. I'll be masking them off and painting in about a month. I'll post pics when finished as well.

 

I use spot shot and a little more than damp clean rag to wipe/botch it. Looks CLEEEEEAAAAN afterwards. I have the lame tan interior too. shits weak.

 

I think that interior is light grey.
