No, I believe that is just the Toyota part # of the actual ECU (hardware). The ecu calibration file that is being discussed is the software on the ecu.

I'm guessing an obdII device that can read the ecu. E.g.. techstream, etc....maybe scangauge or ultragauge or Torque app has the capability? I have zero experience with any of that.

The OV handheld tuner did it for me.

Sorry for the delay guys been working on quite a few things. Have a lot more to share, new version handhelds just arrived. Way later than expected.

    Will go over details
Ecu adds - so it turns out the majority of delays in adding ecus has been the result of an entire new software update and platform for these new version handhelds. But in any case older ones are fully supported too.
Bunch of other stuff to go over

You're in good company, guys. Unsurprisingly, still no joy for me, either. 3YWG4000 Calibration File Not Found following tuner update at about 2230 MST tonight.

Thanks for the update. I'm happy to hear "older ones are fully supported," so many of us don't have to return expensive paper weights. I am, however, left wondering what the "entire new software update and platform" means in terms of when those of us still waiting for ECUs to be added can expect some progress.

I agree, regardless of "outside company" concerns.
