How much sound deadening do you plan on doing with 18sqft of the Noico?

 

A few guys on here said that was enough to do the doors and maybe the rear of the cab. I'll start there and see how it works.

 

I need to do the doors on mine. I did the rear of the cab behind the seats with Dynamat when I installed my sub, but I was not all that impressed with the amount of deadening it did. It still vibrates to the point that you can hear it buzz outside of the cab and some buzz inside at times.

 

I'm just doing mine to eliminate some of the road noise so I'm curious to see how the Noico stuff does. People seem to swear by it.

 

City is just fine. Havent been out in the country with it yet.

Oh I love 4Runners as well. Would have bought one for myself but I really wanted the bed.

 

Same here, my wife's 2015 4R drives so much better than my Tacoma. I love driving it on our longer road trips. I actually looked at trading into a 2010 Trail Edition but after crawling around under it, saw that someone beat the piss out of it. Didn't want to risk it. And couldn't justify 2 identical vehicles. So now we have the best of both worlds. Plus, mine is paid off so I really like it now. Maybe when I retire I'll move onto a 4Runner.
