Yep, 315/75/16. I will also be redoing my gears to 4.56 and adding a Detroit TrueTrac in the rear.

I expect some tire howl at low speed corners.

You'll hear a ratcheting sound as well. The trutrac isn't as bad as the more hardcore race ones. Had a buddy run the trutrac on his SVO mustang and it wasn't that bad.

It's more mechanical limited slip then hardcore locker. I wish Toyota would have left the old limited slip in these things. This electronic stuff is just silly.

Plus the diffs with the e-locker have a smaller ring gear. I have seen many more failures when people regear those compared to just the standard. Because they have to increase the # of teeth and then being in a smaller circumference the tooth width is smaller thus weaker.

Yeah they are a good middle of the rd between a clutch/cone style lsd and a hardcore locker. More street friendly version you might say.

one of a few reasons I opted for a long bed instead of an off-road.

that what I'm hoping for. I don't want to do the whole air locker deal so this seems like a good compromise.

Yeah going to get mine going soon too. Just going to get it ready, still a lot of salt and snow gravel all over the roads here. Need a new front tire too.

You getting those gears from ECGS? If so I can pick them up for you and test them to make sure they are going to be GTG!:anonymous:
