I tried another Fieldwork called Leaves of Fate. An 8.2% ABV that was pretty good too.

So I just received a letter from DMV yesterday. They denied my personalized plate stating that "it has a sexual meaning" or something like that. I didn't bring the letter with me to work to reference the exact language. It was just my screen name. How do those asshats determine that...:facepalm:Gonna try writing a letter with an explanation. So stupid!

    Hi All,

It was recommended to me that I reach out to some fellow first gen diehards. Below is thread I posted about some recent diagnostics I got on my Tacoma. I am reaching out to see if there is anyone in the Tahoe area that would want to help me essentially rebuild my front end. I need to get the work done before April for a road trip I have been planning to celebrate my birthday. The most important thing I need done is the lower ball joints. I have a garage, impact driver, wrench kit, and some other basic tools, but no jack other than the one for changing a flat. I'd be willing to discuss compensation for the knowledge and elbow grease. I'm not looking for someone to just do the work for me, but I do need help from someone with a bit more experience than I have. I hate going to mechanics because obviously the hose you. The job was estimated by the mechanic to take over 20 hours and I fee like that is BS! Any takers? Thanks.

    Hey TacomaWorld,

I'm looking for some advice. I've got a 2003 Tacoma with just over 200,000 miles on it. I was quoted about $4000 to replace lower ball joints, rack and pinion, and control arms. I am wondering if it's worth it to do the work and potentially get another 100,000+ more miles out of it or just scrap it and get another truck. The truck is paid off and has about 60,000 on the new frame. It's also an east coast truck and there is no way anyone out here in CA would want to buy it from me so I'd have to do a trade in. Let me know what you think.

    LAME!
...maybe because "tuna taco?" What explanation did you type in when you placed the order? Did you reference that TACO is short for Tacoma (the vehicle it's going on)?

I kept if brief, name of my truck or something like that. should've gave a more in depth description.

That's lame! Maybe I should say I'm opening a restaurant that has the best taco's in town...

You could replace the control arms with some Moogs with just some basic hand (or power ideally) tools. I had good luck with them before I went long travel. Not sure about r&p tho...never had that done

found an article that said they only approve about 5 percent of the ones that appeal their decision.
