If doing yourself my neighbor recommend:
Turf hub or synthetic turf systems. Both are chandler located and average $2-3 a sqft, can be cheaper if you buy clearance stuff or not as nice.

 

Check out Rogers trough. Park at the trailhead and hike maybe a mile or so in to the Indian ruins back there. Great hike and it's part of the Arizona trail. Just keep an eye out for snakes.

 

Arizona Luxury Lawns is $6-8 per square foot installed. I dunno how they compare to other guys.

Yes.

Very little travel, but it has a dump bed, no-flats, and solid steering. You have to walk over to get it and skate home in it.

No lawn but when my neighbor let's his dogs shit in front of my house and doesn't pick it up I pick it up with a shovel at set it in front of his walkway. I have had several talks with him about keeping them on a leash and to pick up after them but he is a tard and doesn't comprehend responsible dog ownership.
