I'm down to about 819 days or so till I can consider it.
I can get my pension anytime now, but my 401 doesn't kick in till I'm 59 1/2.
I'll wait until then and make a decision at that point. We have a contract coming up in the Fall of 2019 which will have a bearing on everything, ie, medical.
I'll pull the rip cord after that if I can.

    Medical is the biggie here.
My company has been throwing out several "severance" packages in the last few years and they're not that great.
Usually before a contract, there will be a flurry of "offers' and people right on the cuff of retirement will leave under the old contract.
I will be very close to that but not quite.

I’m looking at 4yrs. Lucky to have a State Pension and a 457. I truly love my job and environment so we’ll see when the time comes to leave or not. My job is basically a semi retirement tour. It helps if you like what you do. :)

Nice! We can cash in 600 hrs when retiring. I keep my time bank over 900 hrs at all times. Along with most paid holidays, we get an additional 32hrs plus 4 more around Christmas.

Yea but your still thinking of work on the non work days and you have to go back so might as well add it in.

    Did a quick calculation here...
    https://www.yourmoneypage.com/retire/retirecnt.php
Came out around 461 working days. Didn't count 10 sick days in the final year.
Like I said, depends on a few factors.

I don’t have enough walls for all my mounts. Still have about 8 Europeans to bleach. Don’t know where they’re going.

Verified my ldl is 120 and the doc wants it at 100 or he is putting me on meds. I think he is getting kickbacks from big pharma
