DAMN I can't stop drooling at the thought of how good that must sound!!!!!!!!:drool::drool:

If you look at my 2nd gen build (click on my sig), you'll see the 3-way active setup I was using using Morel speakers that were ultimately controlled by a my Windows XP carPC and a touchscreen. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to invest in such an involved install, so I'm currently using Hertz Hi-Energy components up front with coaxials in the rear all tuned with a JBL MS-8 DSP. I absolutely love them, so I can't imagine how well your setup must sound!

Oh, and welcome to the forums! :hattip:

For what it probably cost, I'd be sleeping on the floor for a month (thanks to the significant other)

That is a very dangerous (expensive) question to ask in this thread... Nice rig and welcome.

Thank you man and your build looks great ! The hertz hi energy speakers are super good also the mid bass is amazing on those. I was running that exact set up with the coaxials before I added the 3.5s up front it was definitely a lot louder which miss sometimes hahah

And it took me about a year to acquire all the speakers and a year to save up for the install
    And I’m still not done!

I wanted a 2nd Gen badly, but they held their value too well for me to afford. It's both good and bad.

Noticed and drone, vibration, or loss of back pressure? I have a super 10 and it sounds great but I'm definitely going to get something along the line of mbrp or borla or back to stock.

My Gibson stainless catback has none of those exhaust issues. Staying at 2.5" diameter exhaust is wise. Sound is excellent and flow is great with the K&N cai.

Borla sucks for small displacement, had it on my second gen. Exhaust on these trucks is not worth it, I'd just save some coin and stay stock.

I love my 3rd gen, but am soooooo happy that I kept my 2011! Just downsized my tires to some 255 75 Cooper stt Pro! Love the look, little bit loud but getting used to the noise I guess!
