Sell the truck, get rid of the gf, and move somewhere without poles.

Jk clean it up & grab some touch up paint, it’ll be fine.

See what you can buff out---if it bothers you, see if you can get a replacement fender. Oh, and get rid of the GF

That yellow looks like it'll buff out. That black is going to have to be painted again. Theres a write up on here on how to touch up with paint. The dude does it on his fender flares. Do some searching and you'll find it.

Earn some credit with the GF, for future mods. Tell her it's no big deal, it makes your truck look tough.

In the meantime, keep an eye out for black OR fender flares. They look awesome on a super white.

This one. Opportune time to do the right thing and let it pass. Who knows, you may get some special treats (and treatment) out of it.

Dump her and get a gf who knows how to drive a truck... Touch up paint will work, sand it, prime it, then paint it

Sound advice. Go this route OP, if you plan on locking that down, you’ll have unimpeded mods for some time.

Have your GF give you extra mouth hugs for the next 12 months and purchase after market flares. Things will work out my dude!

Or grow a pair of balls, understand that you're an adult and can do whatever the fuck you want to do with your money, learn to communicate said understanding like an adult, and enjoy unimpeded mods for the rest of your life.

Also, never let the bitch drive.
