Loving the fender flares! Who makes them and do they go over the existing flares?

I'm barely two days into the exhaust change.

I'm very glad I did it. Certainly all sorts of directions one can go with here. Stock certainly wasn't bad at all....but I had an urge to do something.....anything....to help me get through the next 3-4 years. I have a kid in college and he's doing really well. Once he's out and on his way and off the payroll, lol, I'll have some funds to add a new Mustang GT or Challenger to the garage. My plans are to then take the daily load of my Tacoma and perhaps looking into lifting, rims and larger tires at that point. Until then it'll get the lion's share of my work & play driving.

Drone isn't bad. She purrs like a kitten at the 70-75 mph interstate speeds. Now...if I'm running the cruise control and get into hilly stretches the 3rd Gen AT gets shifty and the new exhaust talks back to me a bit.

Sounds good when I want to listen to the engine as I drive....or easily defeated by turning on the radio and running at low volumes.

Video shot this morning. Low quality....sorry. FOX News on....believe the volume was at 14. Windows up. Getting on exit ramp and accelerating up to 70mph. Road is rough in this stretch. You can hear the turn signals clicking as I pass the trailer.

That was definitely my first choice of covers however price dictated otherwise.
Went with the Bakflip MX4. Very happy with it but I love that Diamondback. Very nice!:thumbsup:

Cool way to personalize your truck, for sure. That's a great pic he linked, too.

@TacoLuke Any tips on getting the screw out to put on the gasshole? Mine has been soaking for days with wd40 and I’m just starting to strip it and it won’t budge!

BakFlip MX4. In the day of bed racks I’m going to hold off. This cover locks when tail gate is locked. Mostly water proof. I haul gear for work so this makes the bed secure and a big ass trunk.

Use a ratchet and a number 3 screwdriver bit. Mine would not budge with a screwdriver. Ratchet was the ticket. Screw was tight all the way out and all the way in.

Hey fellas, just got an alignment after lifting my Taco 2” up front and 3” in the rear. How’s this look?

I've been going back-and-forth between the various types of bed covers and toppers and I think the Diamondback fits the bill. I just wish the hinges were black to match the rest of the the cover. I know they can't LineX the hinge pins but some flat black paint (or anodization) would really finish the look.
