Getting the hobo pie makers broken in good now. Pizza pie and pecan pie for late lunch. Made the pecan filling myself, maybe I can bake after all. Follow the directions. And use cast iron over real fire LOL.





Turned out well enough that it is going to be a repeat for supper tonight.

 

My 4.0 runs at 185 all the time.

Me, too. Liked when they used to package them in 4 small packs in a box... I'd only eat one pack.... Now there are only 2 packs and, just like Lays potato chips, can't eat just one.... when the pack is open, its gone!!!
