    The only legal place I know is up in Flintstone, MD. Green Ridge State park has a 18 mile OHV loop. ORV = Off Road Vehicle circuit that you can run. It is not very challenging but never the less it is fun. The only problem is that it is about 1.5 hours from Frederick. :eek: Here is a link:
