Yeah I was looking at that earlier. I'll give my boots a squeeze tomorrow and see how they feel then try the 5-10 pumps.

 

I wish their instructions on that part were a bit more detailed.

Considering some OME 884's and an add a leaf since i already have bilsteins to raise the truck a bit more

 

Grease them every oil change they shouldn't need more than that you'll just be wasting grease. It use to be called an oil, lube, and filter change for a reason because every car needed their suspension lubed. So ever 3-5k you should be good. If you go into really nasty mud hole or something wouldn't hurt to give them a couple pumps afterwards.

Since we are on the subject... I have done some searches and haven't come up with much. I would like some zerk fitted tie rod ends and sway bar ends so I'm not replacing them all the time!

Anyone have a source they've used for replacement TRD decals? Looking to replace my OEM off-road package decals and I've seen some neat ones around, just need a link.

I'm not but I need to. My lift is too much and the boots are cracked and leaking. Just saying... Instead of buying stock I can buy something better and just grease them. Should have specified my bad.

 

I was a mechanic for many yrs. and my uncle and dad started teaching me stuff when I was really young. Uncle had me working on the tractor damn greasing that thing once a week and a tube of grease too many fittings

 

Greasable doesn't always equate to better just saying. But you go to any parts store they'll carry Moog or other suspension brands and are good aftermarket replacements.

 

I looked at Moog and couldn't find any zerk fitted ball joints for the three I want to do.
