Put new Dick Cepek wheels and Cooper Discoverer AT/3 tires on a couple of weeks ago and very happy with the outcome. The truck handles so much better replacing the original Toyo Tires

Damn those tires just make all the difference! Looks great, my friend! I gotta get some new tires asap. I love the stock wheels so will do just what you did. With my 2" front lift and the 1" block on the rear it will complete the look I'm after. I have removed the chrome tube steps since I took this pic a couple days ago.

Thanks SteelerJim, I end up swapping out my tires on every 4x4 I get, I have gy coming to give $500 for my stockers so the upgrade only ended up costing me $350. I was thinking about getting a set of Black bars just like your chrome ones, did you not like them?

They were ok. Really solid. They came on the truck new and were $535 on the window sticker. I've had them on Craigslist for a couple weeks for $200 and not one call, lol. If I get some others I want some that do not hang as low. And, like you said, black. I think that color would tie in with the fender flares and such better. Plus with the lift and the truck sitting higher, every time you go to get out they would hit you right in the back of the calf.

I live in So. IL and was a Finance & Sales Mgr at dealerships in this area for 25 years. 99% of vehicles in this area with block heaters are diesels. I ordered a lot of vehicles for my dealerships and never ordered a gas truck with a block heater. Just no need here. And with these new diesel engines, most of them are not ordered with one either. If I lived where you live I would definitely have one, or even the northern states from Maine to Washington.

Just changed out my silver bumper trim to an OR black version. I think it looks much better along with the Pro grill.

Hello tacomaworld. I am a first time Tacoma owner. I just sold my 2005 4runner for 2018 Tacoma trd off road. So far I love it! It has premium pack and tech pack with leather and all weather mats/sills, no other accesories.

So far I've had it for 2 days and already removed the factory pin striping, and plastidipped the front chrome surround on the grill.20180308_173155.jpg 20180310_180315.jpg 20180310_181043.jpg

I did my cheese grater grill too but ended up just buying the Pro grill since I love the look, for $135 it really makes the front end look great on these silver trucks I think.

I like the pro grill but I just wanted something a little different. This is how it turned out. Next I need to do the emblems. Next week I'll have a tonneau cover and maybe a bed mat.20180311_110625.jpg
