Is that a real squat or the half ass paralell shit?

I’m not fat anymore 173lbs.

 

Not as big of a meet as I’m used to but I took first place in Weight class. Best overall lifter raw, and highest deadlift overall

 

So because your squat is weak mine is automatically not to depth? You know I compete, right? Those #s were on the platform at my last meet. Maybe one day when you actually understand how to mke gains and quit your lame attempt at a cut/bulk you can actually post decent #s

 

His squat is definitely below parallel.

@PackCon what’s your squat, bench, and deadlift max? And I’m talking maxes with an actual barbell, not the smith machine shit you normally do.

I don’t touch a smith machine.

I can’t remember exact. On a cut now so would have to go back and look at my old Wendler spreadsheet.

Bench was around 280
Squat was close to that.
DL was over 350
Military Press I can’t remember. This one is my weakest since my surgery.

MOST of us all in here have posted a pic or 2 of ourselves and a couple jabronis in here are all talk no show... I'd like to see a pic of Rupaul @PackCon and his massive 280lb squatting quads...and mega mouth of the south @TXTaco13 with all his bs commentary...just sayin'

Yes I must have massive quads to squat a whole 280lbs.

Although I will say I look like Phil Heath compared to Rupaul.

After my cut I’ll brag. I’m most proud of my hams vs my quads though.
